I have just noticed damage on my EV, what do I do?

Have you just noticed a bump or scratch on your EV? Were there no third parties involved?

1. Lodge your insurance claim: Call 1800 817 683, 24/7.
   • You’ll need your registration number handy. Please confirm that you're an AGL customer. If you don’t have this information handy you can always scan the QR code in your car for these contact details. You may be eligible for a temporary vehicle replacement while your vehicle is being repaired.
2. Payment of repairs:
   1. For damages over $2000
      You can lodge your insurance claim and pay the $2,000 excess per incident.
   2. For damages less than $2000:
      You will have the option to pay out of pocket for repairs without paying an excess.
