Considerations

Includes: Registration, Roadside assist, Standard maintenance, Comprehensive insurance and Accident management.
Does not include: Tolls or electricity used to charge the vehicle.

Frequently asked questions

What about charging?

The AGL EV Charging team can work with you to find the right solution for your charging needs. We can offer home and depot charging along with charger software.

Can you swap cars during your subscription?

If you sign up to a 12 month plan you can request to swap your car after 6 months, subject to availability.
If you are on a shorter 1 month or 6 month plan, you can request to subscribe to a different car at the end of your term.

We'll generally just need 30 days' notice so we can book in your swap.

Are the cars new or used?

They're used cars in near new condition and low mileage. New cars can be ordered, speak to the team to discuss this process.

Can I test drive the car before I sign up?

Sorry, we're not offering test drives right now.

How does the car handover work?

We are able to arrange delivery within 50km of the CBD of our locations or you will be able to pick up the car from a central location.

Are roadside assistance and insurance included?

Yes, you're covered for 24/7 roadside assistance and insurance. We'll send you the contract and the Terms when you sign up, so you can see all the details.

Is general car maintenance covered?

Yes, general maintenance (such as scheduled servicing and consumables) is covered - all the details will be in your contract.
