How do I book a service?

Has your service light flashed on? Or is something else wrong with your EV?

1. Before making a booking

Please check how many km your odometer is showing:

  • If you have driven less than 15,000km:
You do not need to action anything. The initial service (usually after the first 1,000km) is deemed ‘non-essential’ – so unless there is anything wrong with the vehicle, AGL are happy for you to keep on driving.
  • If you have driven more than 15,000km:
Or, reached your next service interval please book a service in at your local dealership.

2. Make a booking

To ensure a convenient service booking time and date, we recommend you book in directly with your preferred / local service centre via their online booking system.

  • Scan the QR code on the top right of your windscreen to open the 'Manage car' options and select 'Book a service'.
  • The Book a Service page will tell you who manages your vehicle. In the comments section of the booking, please inform the service centre who the EV is managed by.

If you need any assistance from us to book a service on your behalf, please contact us.

3. When you drop your car at the service centre

Confirm the service centre is aware who your car is managed by.

  • Use the QR code to ensure you have the right phone number for the dealer to call and service.

4. When you pick up your car after the service

There is no need to pay the service centre directly.

  • If the service centre is having any issues, ask them to contact us.
