What do I do if my tyre gets a puncture or is showing a low pressure warning?

Roadside assistance is included in your subscription fee

Low pressure warning: Check if the car is safe to drive, and get in touch with us to arrange a repair or replacement.
Puncture: If the car is not driveable, call roadside assistance.

To access the roadside assistance number, scan the QR code located in the top right hand corner of your car and follow the prompts.

Roadside assistance service is included in the subscription fee, however, there may be costs associated in the event of damage.
Unfortunately, punctures are not considered fair wear & tare under our policy's Terms & Conditions.
