What happens if I start my Subscription before my payroll can be invoiced?

As subscriptions are invoiced to your payroll, it is possible to get your EV before it has been deducted from your pay. To cover this, we simply add the difference to your last pay so the same amount is deducted each time and helps you manage your pay.

Example:
Sarah purchases a 6-month EV Subscription at $1000 per month. She is paid monthly on the 1st but starts her subscription on the 15th of the September.

Subscription payments are deducted each pay and, due to the fact the September 1st payroll date has passed, the first deduction won’t be until October 1st.

As AGL’s invoices are a fixed amount, for the full period ahead, the monthly deduction in Sarah’s pay on October 1st will cover one month of subscription, from October 1 – October 31. This means the part month of Sarah’s subscription in September has not been invoiced.

Sarah's subscription ends on March 15th when she hands the car back. The invoiced amount on March 1st will cover the part month in March ($500) plus the unpaid part month from September ($500) so is equal to a full month ($1000).
