How to get, manage and end an EV Subscription

EV technology is new and exciting, with frequent updates. This can add pressure on choosing what to buy and when. With a subscription, you get the best of both worlds - drive an EV now and if you decide you'd like a different one, you can swap it!

Steps to get an EV Subscription

Ditch the hassle and stress of the car yard with the simplicity of an EV Subscription.

1. Choose your car & term

Check out each of our cars and learn about options and features to work out the best vehicle for you, then choose the term. The plans are flexible terms and can be changed as you go.

2. Select your charger preference

All of our cars come with a portable charger that plugs into standard power outlet but for faster and more convenience charging, you can purchase a home charger from us.

3. Order your car

Place an order and we'll complete a credit application. Once approved, we'll send you a contract to sign and return. Note that before we order your car we may require a security bond payment of $1,000.

4. Get your car

We'll let you know when your EV Subscription car is ready for pick up or, in some areas, delivery. Sign the car delivery form and you can hit the road. Don't forget to check out the information pack in the glovebox.

Managing your subscription car

Hit the road and enjoy all the benefits of a fully managed car.

Servicing

We'll need you to let us know your odometer each month so we can schedule servicing when needed. Don't worry, the cost is covered in your subscription.

Accidents & Roadside

All of our cars have insurance and roadside assistance included. If you have an accident or breakdown, use the QR code in the car to display the number to call.

Charging

The cost of charging is not included in your subscription. Some vehicles have access to free public charging, otherwise this will be an additional expense.

Billing

We'll send you an invoice for the month ahead and your billing date will correspond to the date you picked up your car. Business and novated invoices are sent on standardised dates.
