How does invoicing work?

When is my next billing date? When will I be charged?

Personal Subscriptions

• At the beginning of your subscription, you will need to pay one month upfront
• Then, each month, we'll send you an invoice for the month ahead.
• Your billing date, which represents the first day of your billing cycle, will correspond to the date you picked up your car.

Salary Packaged Subscriptions

• Salary Packaged Subscriptions are invoiced to your payroll, so your billing period will be your pay cycle.
• We will invoice your employer the weekly, fortnightly or monthly amount, as per your pay cycle, and your employer will deduct that amount from your pre-tax salary.
• As it is possible to get your EV before it has been deducted from your pay. To cover this, we simply add the difference to your last invoice. Read more.

Business Subscriptions

• Business Subscriptions are invoiced on the first of each month.
• As it is possible to get an EV before the first monthly invoice, we simply add the difference to your last invoice.
