3. Employer agreement
Your employer will need to approve your request to salary package a car. Once your employer is on board, we can arrange to get it sorted.

4. Sign and return contract
Provide your details when you place an order and we'll complete an eligibility check (employer, credit, location etc). Once approved, we'll send you a contract to sign and return.

5. Get your car
You'll be emailed when your EV is ready. An information pack will be in the glovebox and you'll receive a personalised car induction when you pick it up.

Swap to a different car
Keen to keep subscribing to an EV but want to change the car? No problem - just let us know with 4 weeks notice before your current contract ends and, subject to availability, we'll line up those new wheels for you.
Cancel my subscription
We'd be sad to see you go but understand that's the beauty of subscription cars. Simply let us know 4 weeks in advance of your contract ending and we'll finalise the paperwork. If you cancel before the end of your term there is a $1000 early termination fee.
Note that ATO require a minimum term of 3 months for the FBT exemptions to be applied.
Fair wear and tear inspection
Following its return, each vehicle will undergo a detailed inspection in relation to its interior and exterior condition.
To maintain independence, AGL engages the services of a 3rd party to carry out these inspections, which are evaluated using manufacturer data.
For every vehicle a condition and appraisal report is produced and details are made available to subscription customers. Any additional repair costs itemised will be passed on to the driver. Note that these costs will need to be paid post-tax.
