The installation process will begin once you select your charger and accept the quote.
For all charger installations, a remote site inspection is required. We'll request photos of your parking space and switchboard and then a team member from our charging partner will be in touch to arrange installation.
The time to install will depend on how standard your installation is, the works in relation to your switchboard and any requirements outside of our control (like permits and approvals).
- For a standard installation it can take as little as 2 weeks.
- For a non-standard installation, it can take up to 6 weeks until you’re up and running with your charger installed.
