Insurance claim details

  1. Evidence ready to go: If third parties are involved, ensure you have all relevant documentation ready to go before lodging the claim - third party license number, registration of anyone involved & contact details and images of vehicle damage, location and information about surrounding areas. The more evidence the more robust your case and easier the process. 
  2. Claim assessment: Your claim will be assessed and you may be provided with a list of authorised repairers to contact. Alternatively, you may be issued a replacement vehicle as needed or the insurance company will book the car in for you. 
  3. Excess will be invoiced via AGL: The excess will be charged to you from AGL per claim. We will not be able to issue a replacement vehicle until an excess has been paid.
